StockbeamInvoices and credits
Record a supplier's invoice on the order. Invoices compares what you were billed with what actually arrived, and tracks credit notes for anything short or damaged.
Budgets
Open to buy shows, per department, what is committed and suggested against a monthly budget you set. A department is Shopify's product type. The shop-wide figure appears once every department has a budget.
Reports
In Stockbeam, open Reports to find each of these, along with Open to buy, Invoices and Expiry dates.
- Analytics: sell-through, weeks of cover, stock turn and GMROI, with weekly sales and takings.
- Buying report: what each supplier and department sold and holds.
- Money on the shelf: stock not selling, and stock you hold too much of.
- Money going out: what is committed to suppliers and when each order is due to arrive.
- Back in stock and Sold ahead: when out-of-stock products return, and what can safely be sold before they do.
- Supplier scorecards: on time, in full, and invoiced correctly.
