Stockbeam is an inventory replenishment app for Shopify merchants. This policy describes what data the app accesses and stores.
To generate reorder suggestions, the app stores: your product and variant catalogue (titles, SKUs, prices, costs, inventory levels), your suppliers and purchase orders as you enter them, and aggregated daily sales totals per product variant derived from your order history.
We do not store customer personal data. Order data is reduced to per-variant daily unit counts at ingestion; customer names, emails, addresses, and payment details are never persisted by the app.
Your data is not sold, shared, or used for anything other than providing the app's features to you. No third-party analytics or advertising services receive your data.
When you uninstall the app, Shopify sends us a store deletion request (typically about 48 hours after uninstall) and all data belonging to your store is then permanently deleted, in line with Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks (shop/redact, customers/redact, customers/data_request).
