- Open Products and press Print labels at the top of the page.
- Choose what to print labels for: what arrived on a purchase order, or products you pick.
- Tick what goes on the label: barcode, product name, variant, SKU, price.
- Pick your label sheet or roll, then download the PDF and print it at full size, with no fit to page or scaling.
A product needs a barcode in Shopify to print one. A valid retail number prints as that symbol (EAN-13, UPC-A, EAN-8); anything else prints as Code 128.
Printing on a Dymo, Zebra or Rollo
Stockbeam makes a PDF with one label per page, the page exactly the size of the label. You print it through the printer driver you have already installed. Nothing else needs installing.
- Choose your roll in Which labels you have. Match the size printed on your roll or its box, for example 57 × 32 mm or 4 × 6 in.
- Press Test print one label and save the PDF. It holds a single label.
- Open the PDF, choose Print and pick your label printer.
- In the printer's own settings, set the paper size to the same label size. If your driver does not list it, create a custom paper size with the exact width and height.
- Set scale to 100 percent or Actual size, never Fit to page, and margins to None or minimum.
- Print, then scan the label with your scanner or phone. When it scans, download the full run and print that the same way.
On a Dymo LabelWriter, choose the paper size that matches your roll in the Dymo driver's preferences. The 4 × 6 in roll is portrait; the smaller rolls are wider than tall. If the test label prints rotated, change the orientation in the driver and test again.
Direct ZPL printing for Zebra and a direct Dymo Connect link are not part of Stockbeam. They would only skip the print dialog; they do not change what is printed.
Printing on Avery sheets
Pick the Avery code printed on your sheet pack. Print the Alignment sheet on plain paper first and hold it against a real sheet to the light. Print at 100 percent with no Fit to page.
